Training is a key component to our business success at the Wish Wash Company and a critical time for training is before a franchise goes live. Our training system is a structured and well planned programme that will allow you and your team to be knowledgeable and confident and therefore prepared to offer services to the highest standards from day one.
Every Wish Wash Company franchisee will have successfully completed our training programme before they are allowed to operate one of our franchises. The timeframes vary dependant on you, however we expect a minimum of 4 weeks on-job and off-job training to be completed for each member of the management team.
You are not charged for the training, which is normally carried out at our head office in North Wales however you will be expected to fund yourself and your team for normal living expenses including commuting and accommodation costs.
